Activities: Inspection, rehabilitation and strengthening projects of concrete structures with the implementation of a Maintenance Plan.

Description: Detailed inspections of 132 concrete and steel structures, with field and laboratory tests, elaboration of structural diagnoses that supported the repair, protection and strengthening projects of the structures, as well as the supervision of its execution works. All the information generated made it possible to implement a Maintenance Plan for the structures of the industrial park using a criticality matrix of the interventions, becoming a managerial tool of great importance for the client.

Description: General inspection of all structures in the industrial park with field and laboratory tests, structural diagnosis, rehabilitation and strengthening projects.

Because it is an area with a very aggressive environment, projects were developed to protect structures with the application of corrosion inhibitors. Recuperação Engenharia acted in the supervision and technical monitoring of the execution works.
