Para reiniciar la construcci\u00f3n fue necesario realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n profunda del nivel de degradaci\u00f3n de las estructuras constituida por inspecci\u00f3n detallada, ensayos en campo y laboratorio, incluyendo ultrasonograf\u00eda, mediciones de cloruros, pruebas de resistencia a compresi\u00f3n y medici\u00f3n de la corrosi\u00f3n en los cables pretensados.
